June Power Rankings

Updated: Sep 7, 2022

10. SmackDown Women's Title

The SmackDown Women's Title makes the top ten wrestling titles list because, in June, Natalya and Ronda Rousey had one of the more entertaining feuds that ended in a satisfying Money in the Bank match and cash-in. The title is ranked so low because the feud sometimes lost its way and was spicier on Twitter than on SmackDown.

9. NXT Men's Championship

Bron Breakker is one of those champions that feels like the standard bearer of his promotion. His feud with Joe Gacy was up and down, but the matches were an underrated part of a stacked NXT card.

8. AEW Tag Team Championships

Jurassic Express felt like they didn't have a stellar reign, and The Young Bucks had a great match with them to regain the titles. Time will tell if The Young Bucks's second reign will bring them back as the elite tag team in AEW.

7. Undisputed Tag Championships

The Usos were workhorses in the month of June. They had great matches on both shows, promoting their feud with The Street Profits while carrying Roman Reigns's feuds with Riddle as well.

6. NXT North American Title

Carmelo Hayes has just been on point all month. Between his interaction with Apollo Crews and Solo Sikoa to his title match with Tony D'Angelo, Melo hasn't missed.

5. AAA/ROH Tag Team Championships

F-T-R has been on F-I-R-E despite not holding the tag team championships for their entire promotion. They made WWE look silly for not using them more, as they have basically been the tag team champions of the entire indy scene and put on great matches every chance they get.

4. Undisputed Title

Roman Reigns is rated this high based on his feud with Riddle in June. Riddle's quest for the title made for exciting TV every week, and the finale to that story was the best TV main event of the month.

3. NXT Women's Championship

Mandy Rose has to be approaching a year as the NXT Women's Champion. She brings character to the brand and finds a way to squeak out a win by any means necessary. Her feuds with NXT women have been great for the entire division.

2. NXT Women's Tag Team Championships

Just narrowly one-upping their captain, Toxic Attraction has had the same feel as Mandy Rose atop the NXT Women's Division. However, I think the Women's Tag Team Division has created even greater matches, and the pack mentality of NXT's mean girls fits the tag scene.

1. Raw Women's Title

In the absence of a male world champion on Raw, the women have taken over during June with many entertaining moments of the women jockeying for position to challenge Bianca Belair. Carmella and Rhea Ripley won that right. After Rhea was removed because of injury, Bianca dominated Carmella and proved she is the roughest, the toughest, the greatest, and the best.

Show of the Month: AEW Dynamite

Even coming off of the Full Gear PPV, AEW Dynamite found a way to make every week matter. Bringing in shocking NJPW stars in the build to Forbidden Door, and pulling off big shows like Road Rager and Blood and Guts on weekly TV, AEW Dynamite was an easy pick for Show of the Month.

Superstar of the Month

MJF is the Superstar of the Month because he is the only star who was able to get the number one spot in the weekly Wrap Up multiple times. MJF Pipebomb got the number one spot on both Reverse Hipster's list and Rob's list. He may be off TV now, but he definitely left his mark.

Drop a comment and tell us what you think, and don't miss the weekly Wrap Up this Sunday!
